Wow !! I can't believe been doing good for 19 Days and I'm also am doing fasting to have better gut health . Today I did a 22 hr fast . I felt great .. I was able to go to the Gym 💪🏾 felt victory ✌️ I had to really fight my mind cuz it was raining 🌧️ but I went and enjoyed every minute. Road bike for 50 min did a little strength training on legs & back 👏🏽👏🏽😍 #makingprogress #settinggoals #gettingstronger #mindset
